On January 9, 2026<\/strong>, Mofreita<\/a> held its General Meeting<\/strong> at the Cultural Center of Macedo de Cavaleiros, bringing together all the company’s employees <\/strong>in a moment of reflection, sharing and strategic alignment. At the end of 2025, this meeting made it possible to take stock of the objectives achieved and set goals for the current year. <\/p>\n

A moment of collective reflection<\/h5>\n\n

A few days after the beginning of the year, the main purpose of the session was to analyze the company’s recent path<\/strong>. Throughout the meeting, the entire team was given a voice<\/strong>, allowing them to listen, analyze and integrate different perspectives and feedback. This exercise of active listening reinforces Mofreita’s internal culture, based on valuing people and building shared decisions. <\/p>\n\n

Setting goals for joint growth<\/h5>\n\n

In addition to the analysis for the year 2025, the General Meeting was also a time to look ahead<\/strong>. Together, the objectives for the current year were outlined, focusing on the sustained growth<\/strong> of the company and the appreciation of those who are part of Mofreita’s day-to-day<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
